Customer Services

Business Development Manager

1. To lead, guide and supervise the SSOE Business Operation team comprising of the following:-

a. asset management team

b. billing service team

c. Portal Admin Service team

2. To ensure that the smooth running of the above operational units so that the respective SLA responsible by each of the above units are met.

3. To be responsible for ensuring that all new service requests are introduced in an orderly a timely manner.

4. To oversee the proper implementation of any enhancements on SSOE service portal.

5. Lead and guide team in the setup of the business operation framework & maintenance

6. Responsible for progress reporting and driving meetings relating to business operation matters

7. Management of customers' requirements as and when required

 

 

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in IT or other IT-related disciplines with more than 10 years' operational experience; of which at least 5 years’ are spent in managing a team of 20 staff.

2. ITIL Foundation Qualification

3. Good written and verbal communication skills

4. Familiarity with managed service billing concepts & understanding of financial system

5. Good understanding of asset management concepts and self-service portal

6. Strong background in processes with relevant experiences

7. Strong application background with good analysis skills

8. Ability to engage customers at all levels

Customer Service Executive

1) Diploma or Degree holder with 2 to 4 years experience in Accounts Management/Customer fronting, preferably in IT-related industry or with IT background and/or qualification

2) Excellent written as well as oral communication skills and the ability to appreciate a basic to intermediate level of technical details.

3) Team player - able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as required

4) Analytical Problem solver with the ability to follow set processes and procedures as part and parcel of daily work requirements

5) Professional conduct & presence – a pleasant personality who maintains composure in stressful situations

6) Good Telephone skills & presentation skills
