Customer Service Executive
1) Diploma or Degree holder with 2 to 4 years experience in Accounts Management/Customer fronting, preferably in IT-related industry or with IT background and/or qualification
2) Excellent written as well as oral communication skills and the ability to appreciate a basic to intermediate level of technical details.
3) Team player - able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as required
4) Analytical Problem solver with the ability to follow set processes and procedures as part and parcel of daily work requirements
5) Professional conduct & presence – a pleasant personality who maintains composure in stressful situations
6) Good Telephone skills & presentation skills

Customer Service Officer
· Preferably with Call Centre or Customer Service experience
· Those with telemarketing experience, though not required, will be an advantage
· Customer-oriented with the passion to serve and understand customers' needs
· A team player with positive work attitude (has a pleasant disposition and personality)
· Posses’ excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Must have great attention to details and customer service; ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
· Must be independent and possess excellent solving skill for customer enquiries and feedback

Billing Admin
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Financial Management
· Pleasant and warm personality with a well groomed and neat appearance
· Meticulous and detailed with a flair for interaction with customers directly ( in a meeting or over the phone )
· At least three years working experience in an equivalent or relevant field (i.e. billing, Accounting work, etc.)
· Have good working knowledge of Excel and Words
· Have good written and spoken communications
· Ability to present and conduct simple presentation
· Ability to work independently under tight deadline and yet able to be a team player
· Flexibility to work overtime as and when required (e.g. monthly closing, seasonal peak periods etc.)
