Customer Services:
Customer Service Operator
- Preferably with Call Centre or Customer Service experience
- Those with telemarketing experience, though not required, will be an advantage
- Customer-oriented with the passion to serve and understand customers' needs
- A team player with positive work attitude (has a pleasant disposition and personality)
- Posses’ excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have great attention to details and customer service; ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- 'N' Level and above and IT savvy, able to multi task
- Must be independent and possess excellent solving skill for customer enquiries and feedback
