Job Description
- Answering telephone
- Receiving phone/fax orders for equipment and supplies
- Completing referral intake forms
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Data/order entry
- Inventory tracking
- CMN processing
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous customer service experience in the health care industry preferred
- Home Medical Equipment (HME) billing experience preferred
- Exceptional telephone & customer service skills required
