Job Description

The Customer Care Center Instructor is responsible for conducting classes, seminars, refreshers and other events.

 Job Duties

Prepare class materials, develop curriculum and maintain accurate training manuals.
Ensure correct guidelines, policies and procedures are being trained.  
Offer constructive feedback to all students, verify they are meeting class expectations and promote participation from the entire group.
Motivate employees and generate excitement about SanMar products and programs.     
Develop follow-up training programs and conduct monthly refresher seminars.      
Evolve sales training presentations using innovative teaching alternatives.   
Observe company performance and identify areas of needed improvement      
Seek input from management to identify ongoing training needs.      

Requirements

A successful candidate must have:   

Minimum of 2 years Supervisor AND Training experience           

A high degree of independence and accuracy.         

A positive, enthusiastic attitude 100% of the time.        

Must have the desire and patience to work with and instruct others         

Ability to adapt and respond appropriately in progressive work environment         

A high degree of professionalism, integrity, objectivity, and service orientation         

Job experience, which required strong teamwork with management         

Ability to effectively work independently, with minimal supervision         

Creative problem solving skills and offer innovative alternatives
