Crew Planner

Plans and schedules work for each crew, according to previously established sequences and lead times. Plans sequence of maintenance work for guidance of plant workforce in fabricating, assembly, installation, and repair. Works closely with crew, Foreman, System Planner, Power Generation Superintendent to determine status of assigned projects. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma

Must have Three (3) years process plant or power plant experience. 

Desire strong core skill background at the journeyman plant craftsman level as a mechanic, electrician, or instrumentation and controls technician or in other process related, operational support work.  

Successful candidate should demonstrate the following: Plant experience in maintenance crafts. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Windows, SAP Enterprise Software and Project Management Software and Maintenance Management experience.

Understanding of maintenance operations including all disciplines of utility industry required crafts. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of plant operation, systems and equipment and their functionality within the process. Advanced problem-solving analysis on utility industry equipment.

Capable and willing to work well with individuals at various levels throughout the organization. Demonstrated self initiative responsibilities and accomplish new goals. Supportive of company goals and technological advances.

Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System.
