Construction Cost Estimator
- Construction Cost Estimator to develop accurate and clear cost estimates to prepare construction bids for contracts.
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers during the bid process in order to obtain complete bid package information.
- Must be able to complete a biddable construction estimate without guidance.
- Understanding and experience with technical proposal writing and bid preparation for design/build “best value" type of contracts is a plus.
Mechanical Engineer
Firm is looking for Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer with strong HVAC design background to join growing office. Responsibility to design and manage a diverse range of commercial and institutional projects.
Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for the planning and execution of all phases of work assignment in a consulting engineering environment. BSME or related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years experience in consulting engineering to include HVAC, plumbing design, load calculations, and piping design.
Structural Engineer
Structural Building engineer needed with design experience in concrete/masonry, structural steel, cast-in-place and steel structures relating to commercial and institutional buildings
Degrees or Licenses: Must have a BS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited engineering institution, Professional Engineering License preferred.
