Competency Development MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER

This role will be involved in creating and managing staff talent competency and development programmes and initiatives, to support organization business goals and needs.

This role is required to effectively manage team to influence and work with stakeholders (eg. individual staff, subject matter experts, line managers, business, management and HR teams) and/or partner consultants or external vendors to engineer the successful development and implementation of job role specific competency development guide, career roadmap and development and training programmes and supporting systems or processes for development of talent bench-strength.

There will be special projects to address organisational needs such as building the customer excellence and values in action programmes. The individual will also manage the support system for talent development such as our websites, career management systems.

Job Requirements 

Required Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in HRD in IT organisation
• Proven track record and successfully drive and implement competency development programmes and knowledge of best practices
• Ability to interact with management at all levels and manage stakeholders and partners
• Able to manage team and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Project management skills and strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills.
• High proficiency with PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Flair for working with IT systems
