Command Center Team Lead for Banking Application Project

Job Responsibilities:

Command Center Team Lead supports the Banking Application projects in 12 hours' shift. They are also expected to do the following functions:

Incident Resolution

Manage and drive the service recovery of SL1, SL2 and SL3 incidents, ensuring adequate resources and focus are provided to finding a swift resolution

Liaise with the resolvers, vendors and/or system owners until the resolution of the incident

Assess potential breakpoint and work out recovery procedures to ensure a swift recovery of the service

Review and communicate incident impact to senior management and customers

Ensure that incident report is provided to the customer within timeline specified by customer’s policy

 Root Cause Analysis

Follow up with resolvers and system owners for root cause analysis and ensure follow up actions are completed

Job Requirements:

Candidate should have an experience in supervising banking application projects.

Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule to monitor and manage the project.
