Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Degree in HR or related field
Minimum 10-15 years experience in HRD in IT organisation
Proven track record and successfully drive and implement competency development programmes and knowledge of best practices
Ability to interact with management at all levels and manage stakeholders and partners
Able to manage team and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Project management skills and strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills.
High proficiency with PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Flair for working with IT systems
