We are currently interviewing Cisco Network Engineers for a contract to hire in Singapore.
1. Identifies, diagnoses, resolves and documents network problems
2. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks utilizing MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel and Visio
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
5. Utilizing the company change control process in order to ensure compliance with the organizations data center and security standards
6. Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices
7. Plans and supports network layer 2 and 3 infrastructure
8. Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed
9. A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
10. A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc

Technical Skills and Requirements
1. Certifications: CCNP (CCNP in progress is also acceptable but is based on experience and knowledge level)
2. Education: Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
3. Experience with the following systems: Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX, Linux
4. At least 5 years experience building and supporting complex corporate data centers and networks
5. Excellent presentation, communication & customer interaction skills
Networking experience in Cisco IOS on routers/switches
IOS load and upgrade procedures
Access-list configurations
Routing protocols - EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
ACE load balancing
VLAN trunking
L2 VLANS
L3 SVLs
Layer 2 technologies - Spanning Tree Protocol
Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol
