Business Systems & Process Analyst (BSP Analyst)

Job Specifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Possess high level of analytical skills, interpersonal skills and structured approach to problem solving.
• Possess high level of project management skills, software life cycle development and management skills.
• Possess high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Human Resource systems such as PeopleSoft and ProSoft is preferred.
• Experience in Web programming with Visual Studio, Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.

Job Description:

• Evaluate, introduce and implement various IS systems, infrastructure, tools and utilities to support the manufacturing operation and the information link with customers, vendors and corporate offices
• Implement the various applications, hardware and networks as defined by Corporate
• Improve and integrate the applications, system platforms, databases and communications infrastructure for better synergy and information sharing
• Continuous improvement of the systems to provide better value to operations and the business
• Validate computer systems to meet GMP requirements and ensuring continuous compliance
• Lead the definition of business requirements, develop solutions and produce test protocols and documentation
