Business Process Outsourcing (Bpo Service Delivery Director)

Duties and Responsibilities;

1.     Providing the strategy and tactical direction to the team

2.     Supporting the business units and sales to generate service demand

3.     Leading the teams to deliver the project/service and to achieve high quality standard, customer satisfactions, and profitability

4.     Adopting the right tools, techniques, methodologies and practices, to deliver the services that meet international standards

5.     being responsible in developing a global workforce of highly competent professionals

6.     Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with the customers, partners and suppliers

The expected experiences and competencies are:

1)     At least 10 years experience in delivery of ITO and/or BPO services preferably across multiple countries e.g. Singapore, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Philippine.

2)     Good presentation and proposal writing skills.

3)     Good inter-personal skills with ability to interact with people from different culture, e.g. western & eastern.

4)     Can speak both English & Chinese.

5)     With the behavioral and functional competencies as documented in the development guide.
