Business Process (Messaging and Collaboration)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving, positioning, developing and delivering new business opportunities
Identify, develop and manage SaaS offering line business to achieve centre sales revenue and profits.
Gather market intelligence on competitor's product/service strategy and operator's startegy.
Responsible for developing new ideas/concepts and solutions for the customers.
Work with the Sales Team/Product Vendor to execute channel marketing program with the objective to maximize sales volume and market share in line with business plan.
Working with pre-sales Technical Specialist to support the sales process as requested.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have product / service management experience in SaaS arena.
Having work experience with channel partner and resellers will be added advantage.
Should have good knowledge in IT infrastructure/technology and other market intelligence.
Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Should have good foundation in information technology trends and development.
