Business Development Manager for SAAS
Mandatory skill set: (Messaging and Collaboration)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving, positioning, developing and delivering new business opportunities for SaaS offering
- Identify, develop and manage SaaS offering line business to achieve centre sales revenue and profits
- Gathering market intelligence on competitor's product/service strategy and operator's strategy
- Responsible for developing new ideas/ concepts and solutions for the customers
- Work with the Sales Team/Product Vendor to execute channel marketing program with the objective to maximize sales volume and market share in line with business plan
- Working with pre-sales Technical Specialists to support the sales process as requested
Job Requirements
- Product/Service management experience in SaaS arena
- Working experience with channel partner and resellers will be added advantage
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure/technology and other market intelligence
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good foundation of information technology trends and developments
