Business Consultant (for Software as a Service – SAAS)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving, positioning, developing and delivering new business opportunities  
• Identify, develop and manage SaaS offering line business to achieve centre sales revenue and profits
• Gathering market intelligence on competitor's product/service strategy and operator's strategy
• Responsible for developing new ideas/ concepts and solutions for the customers
• Work with the Sales Team/Product Vendor to execute channel marketing program with the objective to maximize sales volume and market share in line with business plan
• Working with pre-sales Technical Specialists to support the sales process as requested

Job Requirements

• Product/Service management experience in SaaS arena
• Working experience with channel partner and resellers will be added advantage
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure/technology and other market intelligence
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good foundation of information technology trends and developments

Service Delivery Managers/Lead

• Strong operational experience in managing a FM
• At least 5 years of IT experience with
• 4 years of experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects
• 2 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy position
• Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:
• Microsoft Server/Desktop Environment
• Networking
• Storage/SAN
• Infrastructure Security
• Database Technology
• Strong in people and customer management skill
• Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
