Business Analyst (Multiple Positions)

1) Banking Domain/ Financial Services

•       Preferable to have a broad range of banking skills, but primary skills to be loan          and  credit.
•       Okay to be G10 for very experienced staff.

2) Business Analyst   

Business Requirement Analysis  -

1. The candidate must have at least 6 years of working experience. She/he should have the capability and experience in the below.
2. Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
3. Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive.
4. Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
5. Understanding the application as well as the specifications.
6. Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
7. Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
8. Knowledge and a deep understanding of customer's needs are required so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
9. Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
10. Experience in Core Banking domain (Payments, Charging, Check Truncation, Funds Transfer) is mandatory.
11. Knowledge on Java/.NET/PB and Databases like Oracle and SQL Server will be an added advantage.

3) Business Analyst

Must have strong insurance domain knowledge and possess potential to grow into Project Manager role.
