Building Services Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Assist Manager to oversee the daily operations of Security, Housekeeping, Engineering and General Maintenance of the Building
• Obtain quotations for any repair/improvement work
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for all technical and maintenance of the shopping centre
• Coordinate tenant’s fitting-out design submission and monitor fitting-out work progress
• Ensure that all fitting-out works comply with company’s guideline and authorities requirements
• Attend to tenant and public complaints/feedbacks and resolve amicably

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management/ Building Services Engineering/Building Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experiences in similar capacity (shopping mall)
• Basic fire safety knowledge is required
• Self motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking oriented
