Bids Manager
Job scope:
He/She is responsible for managing all the bid resources to produce the required deliverables from the bid
Review and monitor the progress of the bid and addressing to all issues and problems relating to the bid
Preparing Risk plan and summary
Produce a costed Bid plna and gain authorisation for the plan
Recording , analysing issues,risk and changes depending of the bids
Manage the budget for the bids
Arrange his/her own team to review any new bid proposals
Confirm that the proposal is acceptable from the perspective departments that the bid is approved
Arrange bid stages of initial meetings
Coordinate and produce a risk plan
Any other duties related to bid assigned by the VP of the department
Experience/Skills requirement
Degree holder with at least 5 years exp
Good interpersonal and communication skills
aptitude to plan organise
Independent and self-starter
Good team player with a eager to learn attitude
Good analytical skills

ACCOUNTANT
Responsible for GL, journal vouchers, and monthly closing,
Monthly and all related reporting to Management, group reporting to Corporate (including Frango) and external reporting,
Involve in forecasting and yearly budgeting,
Corporate taxation and other tax matters (including GST, WHT and other tax issues)
Co-ordinate group reporting by subsidiaries
Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred,
Minimum 3 years related experience, with SAP and/or audit experience with major audit firms preferred,
Independent, attentive to details, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure

Technical Writer
Job Description :
Create and maintain technical documents such as products and solutions manuals, product brochures, assembly drawings and block diagrams.
Edit existing documents and keep record of any changes made.
May work with product managers and engineers for product descriptions and user manuals
Assist in general documentation tasks and activities.
Perform any other duties related to the field as may be assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in any discipline preferably in Engineering with at least 3 Years documentation exp.
Good Computer Knowledge including Word, Excel , Power point and visio.
Organized , meticulous , keen focus on quality.
Ideal candidate would be someone with Engineering or IT background with good written communication skills.
