Business Analyst

The candidate must have at least 6 years of working experience.

He/ She should have the capability and experience in the below.
 

Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.

Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive.
Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
Understanding the application as well as the specifications
Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
Knowledge and a deep understanding of customer's needs are required so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
 

Experience in Core Banking domain (Payments, Charging, Check Truncation, Funds Transfer) is mandatory.
Knowledge on Java/.NET/PB and Databases like Oracle and SQL Server will be an added advantage.

Weblogic Server Administrator

• 3 – 5 years experience with Oracle Weblogic Server
• Experience in Weblogic Server migration is preferred
• Experience in installation, administration, configuration and clustering of Weblogic application servers 8.x, 9.x, 11g
• Performance tuning of iAS, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports or Discoverer
• Experience with Oracle and Unix platforms
