BDO/Manager (Credit review, Banking, Commercial loans)

Are you a seasoned bank manager with strong lending and business development experience? 

Job Requirements:
• you MUST pass a credit check
•7+ years of banking experience, 
• experience with commercial & consumer loans and business development
• Strong sales & business development skills; great customer service focus
• Advanced knowledge in: credit, relationship profitability measurements, personal financial statement analysis, personal tax return analysis
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field

Job Duties:
• Maintain portfolio of prime, profitable clients
• Manage achievement of sales, retention of client base, profitability of portfolio
• Analyze clients' personal credit needs and requests, qualify borrowers, and recommend solutions
• Regularly introduce clients to other areas of the bank for cross-selling purposes
• Be our corporate face in local communities: make presentations to groups of potential clients 
• Represent the Bank in the community; be active in professional and service organizations or clubs
