ASSOCIATE ENGINEER (Mechanical)
Principal responsibilities
Participate in design and development of EO systems
Support integration and testing of EO systems
Prepare and maintain drawings and documentations
Liaise on procurement of mechanical parts
Pre-requisites
Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing
Hands-on experience with precision engineering
Fresh diploma holders with good attitude & willingness to learn are welcome to apply
ASSOCIATE ENGINEER (Electronic)
Pricipal Responsibilities:
Participate in basic hardware circuitry design development
Generate schematics design capture and layout
Test and diagnose the prototype hardware
Prepare and maintain documentation and bill of material and architecture drawing
Provide engineering support on technical issues
Pre-requisites:
Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge in discrete and digital electronics circuitry design
Skillset: C/C++, Visual C Programming Language and Mathlab Simulink
Exposure in Altium Designer or Pads tool for schematic capture and layout will be advantageous
Team player with strong creativity and analytical skills
Position 3 ASSOCIATE ENGINEER (with valid Class 3 driving license)
Principal Responsibilities:
Maintain Electro-Optics systems
Troubleshoot system failures
Liaise with customers and OEMs
Pre-requisites:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Mechatronics
Experience in maintenance or troubleshooting of electronics equipment/system
Able to work independently and standby for on-site response
Possess valid Class 3 driving license
Project Coordinator
Principal responsibilities:
Negotiate and evaluate technical and cost comparison
Draft service contract agreements
Coordinate with internal divisions, external suppliers, vendors and contractors
Maintain datasheets, manuals and project documentation
Handle local/overseas shipments and deliveries
Track actual completion dates key activities vs project schedule, highlighting any variance and causes
Source, request for quotation & raise purchase requisitions. Track delivery of goods and accounts payables
Ensure timely billing to customer and collection of Accounts Receivables
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Business Administration
Industry experience in project procurement and logistics support functions, sales coordination/support or office admin, within an electronics or M&E environment
Experience working in high tech environment is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
