) Assistant Team Lead Operator
1) Minimum 5 years experience as a computer operator& team lead in a Data Centre environment
2) Working experience with Unix& Windows Operation Systems will be an added advantage.
3) A dedicated team player who can work well with the team with good leadership skills
4) Able to manage staffs well while maintaining good working relationship
5) Good ability to work in a fast moving working environment with intense deadlines and constraints.
6) Good communications skills, ability to write clearly, and a meticulous and systematic nature are important attributes.
7) Mature, with strong initiative and able to work independently
8) Familiar with ITIL process (e.g. incident management, problem management) and usage of ITSM management tools (e.g. remedy)
