Requirements
Must have minimum of five years manufacturing supervisory experience, familiarity with woodworking equipment and production planning and strong people and organizational skills. Computer literacy and two or four year related degree required. Ideal background would include previous home prefabrication, furniture manufacturing or other job shop fabrication, along with shipping and receiving experience.
Education
