 Asset Executive

Adept with IT equipment/Finished Goods inventory

Liaise with ITSS during transition

Liaise with Accounts team during transition take back

Liaise with Staging/Installation team regarding any issues on data accuracy of submitted Inventory data

Liaise with Finance regarding any issues on SAP updates

Liaise with Service Portal regarding any issues on data interfaced and also ensure monthly reports have been generated and posted.

Monitor PO, DO, UAT & Device Handover sign off documents to ensure accuracy and information completeness.

Work with P&S to get detailed information for equipment delivered and ensure update to Asset Tracking System

Answer queries regarding Asset Information to respective teams

Plan for perpetual and annual inventory stock take

Plan for spares and asset redeployment

Ensure Asset Tracking data integrity and information accuracy

Handle interface issues between systems (SAP, BigFix, Remedy, Service Portal)

Oversee Asset Administrator duties

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in IT/ Business Management or equivalent

At least 6 years of experiences in the relevant context with 2 years in supervisory role 

Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel

Proficient in both written & spoken English

Mature and independent

Customer and people oriented

Good customer skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to work late whenever necessary and maybe activated to work on Sat (if required due to project peak).
