Asset Coordinator (Contract 1-year Based in AMK) X 4
Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance of Configuration Items in system
Responsible for the tracking of any software version in configuration library and ensure that the latest version of librarian is synchronized with production copy.
Assist the asset manager in the planning and/or execution of the annual stock-taking exercise to ensure that the latest copy of any assets is accounted for.
Perform any other assignments as assigned by the asset manager from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma in IT/Business Administration
Meticulous and detailed
Articulate with good communication skills
Understanding of basic ITIL concept
Ideally with inventory background
