Application Engineer
- Assist in Intranet/Extranet Web development
- Liaise with project team members on the development and execution of application
- Manage the custom Engineering Document Management System (EDMS)
- Involve in Standard/Common Part Library system
- Review and streamline the CADCAM processes; and update Work Instructions (WI)
- Perform updates on engineering drafting standard
- Lead and manage projects
- Assist Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of Drawing Office and managing of outsource vendors
Requirements
- Degree in Computer/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years’ working experience.
- Strong interest in programming with good knowledge in web applications (PHP, ColdFusion, MySql, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax ) are essential.
- Knowledge of CAD tools preferred.
- Strong technical competencies with good analytical and problems solving skills
