Requirements :

- A minimum of 5 years experience as an Agile Administrator
- Oracle Agile PLM
- Thorough knowledge of installing configuring and debugging Agile CM and PQM
Oracle DB skills to run scripts, load and dump DB
- Good understanding of configuration management concepts such as product hierarchy, part number systems, change orders, AVLs
- Agile Administrator Certificate is required
- Ability to create Agile work flows, reusable criteria, privilege masks
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Work accuracy and completeness is critical
- Travel is necessary Europe to provide user training
- BA or equivalent in IT or related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

Description :

- Create and modify Agile user accounts and roles
- Create and modify Agile workflows and business forms
- Test Agile SW updates
- Work with IT to debug and resolve all Agile system errors
- Work with IT to deploy and test SW updates on production server
- Manage user requests using the IT helpdesk system
- Ensure business process are followed when administering Agile
- Conduct Agile skills training classes for users and suppliers
- Project manage deployment of new features and modules
- Work with users to translate business process to Agile forms and workflows; optimize and automate
