Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Costing / Human Resource / Store Department
- Perform clerical, data-entry, filing duties and answering phone calls.
- Maintain proper records of documents and correspondences.
- Other adhoc functions as assigned
Requirements :
- Min GCE N/O Level and above
- At least 1 year related experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to Speak English and Mandrain
- Able to multi-task and meticulous in work
- Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
- Strictly Singapore citizens or permanent residence need apply
