Job Description

Assist Project manager in managing the project team.

Responsible for coordinating meeting and preparing progress reports and minutes taking.

Compile reports.

Documentation filing and administration.

Job requirements

Diploma in Business Admin / Secretarial with at least 5 years of experience

Project Coordinator
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Negotiate and evaluate technical and cost comparison

Draft service contract agreements

Coordinate with internal divisions, external suppliers/vendors and contractors

Maintain datasheets, manuals and project documentation

Handle local/overseas shipments and deliveries

Track actual completion dates key activities vs project schedule, highlighting any variances and causes.

Source, request for quotation & raise purchase requisitions. Track delivery of goods and accounts payable

Ensure timely billing to customer and collection of Accounts Receivables.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent

Industry experience in project procurement and logistics support functions, sales coordination/support or office admin, within an electronics or M&E environment

Experience working in a high tech environment is an added advantage

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Resourceful and independent worker

Senior Executive/ Excecutive (Sales Operation)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Support Post Sales Order Management

Process customer purchase orders. Complete all checks before processing purchase orders, including customer details, credit history, inventory status, etc

Coordinate logistics between suppliers, forwarders, 3rd party warehouses, internal staff in order to ensure that correct orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner

Ensure customers pay as per agreed credite terms. Follow up with customers for overdue payments when required

Communicates regarding product deliveries and availability, including scheduling or rescheduling (pull-in/push-out of orders). Reconcile discrepancies between internal parties and customers

Ensure book to physical accuracy of consigned inventories in 3rd party warehouse vs SAP system

Issue delivery order through SAP system. Creation of returns and follow through with shipment.

Requirements:

At least diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 2-5 years related experience in sales operations, sales support in the electronics sector

Excellent commmunication skillls with good written and spoken English

Good problem solving skills and business savy

Self-starter and a team player

Computer literate with SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
