This position is responsible for accounting activities related to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and resulting managerial reports and financial statements in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory practices and Company policy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the accounting ledgers, journals, worksheets, schedules, financial statements and reports, studies and analyses
  • Assists with the monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes, including adjusting and closing journal entries or in preparing budgets, financial statements and reports.
  • Deliver timely and accurate accounting information to Corporate Accounting, for financial and tax reporting purposes.
  • Manage allocation, inter-company billings and account reconciliation.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex data and report problems and communicate solutions to clients.
  • Resolve problems and respond to inquiries by collecting information and researching problems.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting and preparation and support of the business plan.
