Account Manager (Ref#02)

 

Primary Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided. He/She is expected to have a deep understanding of the organization’s products and services. He/She is also required to be participative in development of value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close a sale.

 

Responsibilities

Ensure client readiness for products and services and successful solution installation

Work with marketing, business development and account management to identify sales opportunities

Sell products and services to prospective and existing clients

Drive the closure of deals through demonstration, presentation and sales of value proposition

Business Development Manager (LOB Specialist)

 

Primary Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding a company's product reach and profit revenues by identifying partners, channels and new markets and attracting new customers. He/She is required to research on new business opportunities, identify likely sales points, and undertake presentations. Additionally, he/she also plays a major role in establishing customer and partner relationships and fostering strong strategic relationships with them.

Responsibilities

Coordinate various marketing disciplines to bring the best possible business plan that drives the maximum growth

Identify key deals and areas of new growth opportunities for the account team, marketing team and product team. Assist in the establishment of the company's presence in these growth areas

Identify and evaluate partner-based business opportunities, communicate/report/resolve business issues and strategic opportunities to partners

Drive the relationship building process and manage the relationship with clients and partners especially at the senior executive level

Requirements

a)    Technically inclinedand preferably have pre-sales experience in network integration

b)    Well-versed in network & security solutions

c)     Strong in generating new opportunities from new accounts

d)    Strong written and presentation skills

Alliance Manager

 

1) At least 3 years in sales experience, IT sales preferred, commercial sector preferred

2) Independent and motivated sales personal

Service Delivery Manager

 

·         Strong operational experience in managing a FM team

·         At least 4 years of IT experience in infrastructure design, implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and/or infrastructure consultancy position

·         Hands-on experience in implementation, administration and management in UNIX, Linux & Windows Servers.

·         Have good understanding & working knowledge of Web & Portal Technology and Java platform like Web logic, Content Management, SSO and LDAP will be an added advantage

·         Experience and Knowledge of Open Source tools.

·         Strong in people and customer management skill

·         Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
