Account Manager (Ref#01)

 

Primary Purpose

 

The Account Manager is responsible to generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customer accounts. He/She is required to develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with the customers. Additionally, he/she is also expected to work cross-organizationally to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.

 

Responsibilities

 

Manage accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting and qualifications through negotiations, signing the deal to post-sales support

Measure, monitor, and manage accounts sales performance and provide the updates to the service lines

Develop and execute the client account strategy that clearly defines how the company will help the client grow and differentiate it

Participate and coordinate the appropriate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients

Responsible for driving revenue, profit and client satisfaction for accounts

Negotiate and close terms and conditions of agreements to deliver win-win solution for both clients and company

Represent the clients to communicate their needs to relevant departments in the organization

Account Manager (Ref#02)

 

Primary Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided. He/She is expected to have a deep understanding of the organization’s products and services. He/She is also required to be participative in development of value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close a sale.

 

Responsibilities

Ensure client readiness for products and services and successful solution installation

Work with marketing, business development and account management to identify sales opportunities

Sell products and services to prospective and existing clients

Drive the closure of deals through demonstration, presentation and sales of value proposition
