Account Executive, Inside Sales

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, with 1 year of working experience in IT environment/ call centre, customer service or order processing, experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
• Candidates with no experience, but are customer-focused and results-driven, are welcome to apply.
• Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
• Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Bring sales queries to closure via phone and email.
• Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
• Provide support to Field Sales personnel and work effectively as a team.

Sales & Marketing Department - Executive/ Senior Executive

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• More than 2 years experience in electronic component sales.
• Electronics background in semiconductor industry and able to communicate with customers in basic.
• Technical level.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Computer Literate.
• Able to Travel.

Job Function:

• To handle Sales & Marketing Activities in Asia region (esp Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand).
• Explore new customers in emerging region such as Vietnam, India, Indonesia.
• Explore existing customer new business expansion.
• New Product promotion to existing customers.
• Identify customers / region for product penetration.
• Work closely with technical Support team on product development for new products.
