Account Executive, Inside Sales
Requirements:
Ø Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, with 1 year of working experience in IT environment/ call centre, customer service or order processing, experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
Ø Candidates with no experience, but are customer-focused and results-driven, are welcome to apply.
Ø Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
Ø Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills.
Ø Able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage in handling Chinese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, you will be responsible to:
Ø Bring sales queries to closure via phone and email.
Ø Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source.
Ø Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
Ø Provide support to Field Sales personnel and work effectively as a team.
