Account Executive, Inside Sales
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, with 1 year of working experience in IT environment/ call centre, customer service or order processing, experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
Candidates with no experience, but are customer-focused and results-driven, are welcome to apply.
Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills.
Able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage in handling Chinese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, you will be responsible to:
Bring sales queries to closure via phone and email.
Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source.
Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
Provide support to Field Sales personnel and work effectively as a team.
