Ideally Degree Qualified
8 to 10 years of working experience
A proven track record of running a Shared Service Centre in a assistant or managerial role and leading a sizeable team is critical.
A highly motivated and independent individual, who possess excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Peoplesoft is desired.
