1) Desktop Support Multiple positions

1) At least 1-2 years of desktop support experience

2) Preferably has supported Government Ministries

3) Must be willing to travel overseas. Each trip is about 1-3 weeks.

4) High customer orientation

5) Good communication skill

6)1 with VIP support experience preferred, 1 must have VIP support experience

2 ) Assistant Team Lead

1) At least 3-yrs desktop support experience with desktop skill/knowledge in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes

2) At  least 1 year experience in managing a desktop team.

3) Good communication skill

4) Preferably has worked in Govt environment to provide IT support

3 ) Desktop Support

1) Diploma in IT related

2) Perform administration & troubleshooting skill in network equipments will be an advantage

3) Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined

4) Knowledge in Open office, MS office application & basic networking

5) Willing to perform administrative task

4 )Desktop Support

1) Diploma in IT

2) At least 1 year desktop support in Microsoft Window XP, Microsoft Office.

3) Basic knowledge on the server administration.

4) Basic knowledge on PC cloning / desktop troubleshooting

5) Preferably with basic knowledge in basic networking, like ping, tracert and etc.

5 ) Desktop Support

1) At least 2 year enterprise desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes

2) Must be technically independent

3) Good communication skills

4) Able to work in a team.

6 ) Desktop Support

1) At least 2-yr desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows / Windows Vista/7, Microsoft Office, Outlook

2) Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined

3) Administration & Troubleshooting skill in Windows servers, Active Directory and Solaris servers will be an advantage

4) Perform administration and troubleshooting skill in 1st Level CISCO Switches will be an advantage
